Guide: What to Do During an Outage

During a water outage

In planned outages, fill containers before the water is cut and switch off water heaters. When water returns, let the first cloudy water run for a while; to report a fault call MESKİ's 185 line.

During a power outage

During an outage open the fridge door as little as possible and unplug sensitive devices; when power returns wait a few minutes so they are not damaged by a sudden surge. To report a fault call Toroslar EDAŞ on 186.

If you smell gas

If you smell gas, do not light a flame, do not touch electrical switches, open the windows and leave the building; then call 187 and 112 from outside.

Outages & Health by District

Every district has its own page: only the records in that district, with phone numbers and locations.
