Application Guide
Preparing before you apply
Prepare your CV in Turkish and, if possible, Russian; add professional certificates (for example MYK), your diploma and any foreign-language level. For site positions a health report, shift flexibility and occupational-safety training are often required.
The Russian advantage
In contractor ads, qualifications such as "Russian-speaking" and "Russian-speaking site supervisor" stand out; even intermediate Russian strengthens an application.
Beware of scams
Do not trust ads that ask for money for an application, paperwork or a "guaranteed job"; verify the advertiser on the company's official career page or LinkedIn company page.
